Position: Senior Minister

About NTCC: New Testament Christian Church (NTCC) has approximately two hundred members and more than fifty- years of service to the community. Our mission is to create a community of believers who are brought along the "Believe, Belong, and Become" path to discipleship. We seek to lead non-Christians to Christ (Believe), engage them in community (Belong), and help them to become mature followers of Christ (Become).
We are searching for a leader with an evident passion for people, a strong desire to move the church forward, and a proven skill set in the development and implementation of purpose, mission, vision, values, and practical ministry. Our future leader should be eager and able to organize our people in unified alignment with our core values. We will ask him to develop ministries that attract newcomers, disciple believers, and equip lay leadership. He should be excited to help others develop their affinity for service and energized by pastoral ministry.
Position Overview:
Primary Function: Provide organizational and spiritual leadership to NTCC
Ministry Focus: Organize teams to meet specific needs within the church and community
Preaching: Serves as the primary voice of the church and our main speaker Reports to: NTCC Elders
Personal Qualifications:
Loves God, loves people, and loves the Church
Leads by example, particularly with regard to his family and spiritual life
Communicates and leads well with a highly developed set of skills, abilities, and giftings
Experience Qualifications:
Five years of ministry experience
Three years of managing staff
Leadership experience over sizeable projects
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from a Restoration Movement Bible College OR
Bachelor's Degree (any) and four years of ministry experience within our Brotherhood
