Over the last 50 years, NTCC has always found ways to help others. Last year as we made the move from what had been known as Gifts for the King to what is now known as "The Christmas Give," our offerings helped three different local missions--Shiloh Christian Children’s Ranch, Tri State Family Services in Carthage and Birthright in Keokuk. This year we want to make a global impact by blessing four different missions around the world. The first two are missions we support every month. Both of these have some special needs that we can help provide for. The second two are great ministries we can partner in. Please consider giving extra this year as we make Jesus known throughout the world to those that have less. Please use a Christmas Give envelope and mark in your check memo: Christmas Give.
Here are the four missions we want to bless this year.
- Pan De Vida - Website
Vision: To gather resources needed to help less fortunate people in Ecuador to come to a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and to develop to the fullest their God given potential.
Oscar Aguire, the director of Pan de Vida, has started an entrepreneurial program for locals in his community. This will help people out of work gain the insight and education to begin their own small business within the community.
- Light to the World Christian School - in Russia Website
Each year, teachers in Kostroma devote their time and energy to the students in this Christian school-- a rare thing in Russia--helping many unsaved students come to know Jesus as Lord. These teachers work knowing that they will make far less than their counterparts in public schools. Help us make 2021 begin in a generous way for teachers in Russia.
- Quenched - Sponsor A Well Project Website
$1000 provides access to clean water for a community and discipleship training for that area.100% of what you give to Quenched goes directly to the field. People need drinkable water so they can learn more about the living water!
- Kendi’s Cows of Grace- Website
Kendi’s Cows is an organization that raises money for livestock for people who need it. It’s really simple, people here donate money and people in other countries get an animal and are taught how to take care of it.
All offerings taken will be divided equally between the four missions. Your Christmas Give will meet needs, encourage our brothers and sisters across the globe, and help pave the way for the lost to be saved.
